The General Election Commission uses technological advances to support its performance and tasks. One form of application created is the e-Coklit application which is intended for the Voter Data Update Committee (Pantarlih) in the initial stages for electronic- based voter data matching. The success of using the e-Coklit application can be measured

through the results of the application evaluation. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the use of the e-Coklit application can be achieved optimally.

The research method used is qualitative. This research was conducted in Kemiri Village, Tanjungsari, Gunungkidul. The research informants were PPK Tanjungsari, PPS and Pantarlih Kemiri Village. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation.

The results of the evaluation of the e-Coklit application policy according to William N. Dunn, namely the effectiveness indicator is shown by the pantarlih being able to complete their tasks well. Efficiency is shown by the e-Coklit application having a significant influence compared to conventional methods, but still encountering several obstacles. Adequacy is shown by the good performance of the pantarlih. Alignment is shown by e-Coklit which can accelerate the process of verifying voter data. Responsiveness is shown by PPK and PPS providing a fast and responsive response to the obstacles experienced by the pantarlih. The accuracy indicator shows good results so that the pantarlih can carry out their duties properly. Obstacles in the field are that the e-Coklit application server is sometimes down, difficulty logging in, problematic applications, there are several points where the house is hampered by the signal. The solutions provided are to monitor information via WA groups, clear the cache, change e-mail accounts, re-synchronize, store data at the voter's house and synchronize in a place with a strong signal.
