Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the collaboration process of school stakeholders in supporting student learning achievement at SD N Banyubening III. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the informant selection technique used purposive sampling with several informants consisting of the principal, teachers, school committee and parents of SD N Banyubening III students. The research results show that: 1. Face-to-face dialogue, school stakeholders hold regular face-to-face meetings to discuss school programs twice a year. 2. Building trust, school stakeholders establish good communication with other actors and transparency in program delivery. 3. Commitment in the collaborative process. The commitment of all parties is clearly visible, with teachers actively looking for solutions to improve student achievement and parents participating in school activities. 4. Common understanding, synergy between school stakeholders in achieving the same vision and mission to make SD N Banyubening III have academic and non-academic achievements for students. 5. Temporary impact, increased parent participation and better student learning outcomes. Supporting factors such as stakeholder enthusiasm and financial support from the parents' committee play a very important role, while BOSS funds are limited and parents lack involvement in assisting students' learning at home.
